The Useless Tools
The Useless Tools is a recording project, where I take various weird pop-rock sort of songs I've written over the years for various theatre pieces, [most notably the DeadRats trilogy at the Edmonton Fringe Festival] and record them, usually in under three hours. I give my self a limit of three takes on any track. Very Beatles-y, with a fair bit of swearing sometimes. Songs include 'Inflatable Sex Doll', "Mall Santa" and "Oh F*ck! I'm in Love."
The tools in the photo are actual useless tools that were in a toolbox I bought at a garage sale for $10.
